A few ground rules.

Task Mafia helps you manage tasks and share selected work with people and connected assistants. Keep your account secure, share only information you are entitled to share, and use the service lawfully. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using your account.

Free and Crew

Core task management and participation in tasks shared with you are free. Crew raises your account’s project, active-task and assistant limits. Your app shows the current limits and your store’s price before you subscribe. One Crew subscription applies to your Task Mafia account across supported devices.

Store subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through the store where you purchased them. Your store displays the price, billing period and renewal information and handles payment. You can manage or cancel from the app’s Crew screen or your Apple or Google subscription settings. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Access continues until your paid period ends, subject to refunds or store revocation.

Use Restore purchases while signed into the original Task Mafia account if you reinstall or change devices. An expired subscription returns your account to the free limits; your existing work remains accessible. Deleting your Task Mafia account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it in your store first. Refund requests follow the purchasing store’s process and your applicable consumer rights.

Connected assistants and sharing

Review the permissions you grant to people and external assistants. Revoking access stops future requests but cannot retract information they already received. Task Mafia supplies task tools; it does not run an AI model in the product.
